Jordy Nelson is the super opposite of filling a need. But he’s not one you should be screaming about. He’s not a blazer, but he is agile. You can put him back for punt returns and he will be a solid return man. He has elusiveness and good run after the catch skills. He’s tough. He can catch. He’ll get some time to develop.
You won’t see him this year, but now the Packers have a veritable coterie of weapons at Wideout.
He’ll be right in the middle of it in 2009.
