But West Virginia, being a colony for coal extraction with a legislature that phones coal executives for permission to wipe their bottoms, couldn't have such a name, so now we're blessed with a team that reminds us that "coal keeps the lights on," in case we're ever in danger of forgetting. I laughed at your post, but the sad truth is that name refers to the fact that coal, not democracy, is the real power in WV.
